NTSI offers rush delivery of the certificate for an additional $10 simply contact our office at 88 to have your certificate sent the same day. Upon successful completion of the Driver Improvement course, the certificate will be sent the following business day to the email provided during registration. A score of 70% or more is required to pass the exam. NTSI’s systems will grade the tests and notify you immediately whether you have passed or failed. You have 3 attempts to complete and pass the exam. This exam is made up of 40 questions based on the information within the BDI course. Solid white lines are used to indicate that you should stay in your lane as you are entering an area where leaving your lane could cause a hazard. Solid white lines are used to mark the right edge of the pavement. Once you complete all 10 modules, there will be a final exam. Broken white lines may be crossed when you change lanes. The Basic Driver Improvement course is divided into 10 modules. Please note: The Basic Driver Improvement course does not satisfy the 8 Hour Aggressive Driver Course or the Driving While License is Suspended or Revoked course. The BDI course may still be taken for Insurance Discount Purposes. NO POINTS WILL BE REMOVED for the completion of the BDI course by any driver with a CDL. If you possess a CDL, the Basic Driver Improvement course may be taken for personal fulfillment and edification only. The final exam has no timer, but must be completed in one sitting. ![]() Effective July 1,2005 the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will assess points to all individuals with a CDL whether or not the violation occurred in a private or commercial vehicle. If you received a traffic citation and have a Commercial Drivers License (CDL), the Basic Driver Improvement course may not be taken for point reduction/removal as mandated by the State of Florida.
